1. General Information

Riviera Uno is a premium residential villa development marketed by Goyal & Co. All information provided (including brochures, advertisements, and digital content) is for general guidance and does not constitute a legal offer.

2. Property Information Disclaimer

• All project details such as pricing, sizes, layouts, specifications, and amenities are indicative and subject to change without prior notice.
• Visuals, renders, and images are artistic impressions and may differ from actual construction.
• Final specifications shall be as per the agreement for sale.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

• Prices mentioned (e.g., ₹4.91 Cr onwards) are indicative and subject to revision based on availability and developer discretion.
• Applicable taxes, registration charges, stamp duty, and other statutory costs are additional unless stated otherwise.
• Payment schedules will be defined in the official agreement between the buyer and developer.

4. Booking & Allotment

• Unit booking is subject to availability and confirmation by the developer.
• Submission of an Expression of Interest (EOI) or booking amount does not guarantee allotment until confirmed in writing.
• The developer reserves the right to cancel or reject bookings at its discretion.

5. Site Visits & Consultations

• Site visits arranged are for informational purposes only.
• Clients are advised to independently verify all project details before making any financial commitments.

6. Communication Consent

By submitting your contact details, you agree to be contacted via:

• Phone calls
• SMS
• Email
• WhatsApp

This communication may include project updates, pricing, offers, and follow-ups.

You may opt out anytime by informing us directly.

7. Third-Party Services

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru and may be resolved under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Goyal & Co reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review them periodically.
